Coaster Furniture January 15, 2010 Victoria J. Williams I just confirmed with Coaster that this set does NOT come with predrilled holes and the wood is very hard - so be prepared with an electric drill - or a very strong pair of hands
Nice table, fits well in small kitchen space. January 11, 2010 serra Really like this table! Using it as a breakfast table in the kitchen. Table top arrived damaged, by no fault of the seller. Seller was VERY quick at responding to my request and sent a new table top. Perfect. Table and chairs have a matte black finish, wrought iron looking. Table and chair tops are solid wood, very nice. It's called "dirty oak" on the box, I would say it's dark reddish brown wood with a dark wood grain. Easy to assemble, able to do so with my 2 year old hanging on me. Not the heaviest thing in the world, so it moves around pretty easy, and my kids are learning fast that they can't really lean on it. Will scratch the floor without pads on the bottom. The table has little screw support knobs on the legs that you can tighten and loosen to make it level. Really glad we bought this!
Completely satisfied November 13, 2009 Jessica L. Willson (Nashville, TN) The table and chairs arrived in great condition. Assembly was easy, but did require a males assistance as screwing the legs into the underpart of the table could not be done by hand. Table was slightly wabbly, but just had to play with the screws to get it to correct itself. Table set is perfect for the small area I use it in (one bedroom apartment) and I would definitely recommend it to someone in the same situation.
Great fit! June 24, 2009 S. Acton (FL Keys) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a good quality set. Perfect for a small apartment like mine. Plenty of space on the table for my MacBook, some papers and whatever I'm eating.
I only gave 4 stars because the manufacturer failed to pre-drill holes to attach the table top and seats to their frames. I do not have the tools required. I am able to use the set while I wait for help...
Awesome Table Set February 18, 2009 S. Roberts (SC, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love this table set. It was a little tricky to set up, but it wasn't impossible. Just make sure you have some tools available to help...an allen wrench would be good. Otherwise, I've been using it for about 5 months and it is still in good condition and looks great too.
